For the third year in a row, West Scranton’s Colin Kelly qualified to compete in the State Championship for cross country. Colin finished in 17th place overall in the District 2 cross country meet, beating out runners from schools across six counties in northeast PA. The PA State Championship will be held on Saturday, November 5th in Hershey.
