West Scranton Students Perform in Shakespeare’s Hamlet
On Friday, January 29, the United Neighborhood Centers of NEPA partnered with the REV Theatre Company to present William Shakespeare’s Hamlet at the Oppenheim Center for the Arts. Two West Scranton sophomores were featured prominently in this production. Kadyn Brown and Jaylinn Guzman played the roles of Laertes and Rosencrantz, respectively. Both students have participated in pervious productions at the Oppenheim Center for the Arts, including the musicalAnnie this past fall.
The January 29 production was free to the public, and introduced a packed house to one of Shakespeare’s most famous plays.
