Engineering Olympics1West Scranton Students Earn 2nd Place at Annual Engineering Olympics

 

Students from West Scranton High School took Second Place at the annual Wilkes University IEEE Engineering Olympics on March 27th. The team of junior students competed against nine other high schools in five events that challenged the students to use their knowledge, innovation and creativity to solve engineering problems. Events included constructing a guitar, a launching ramp, an unsinkable boat and logic and electrical circuits.
