West Scranton Senior Earns American Legion Scholarship
Marissa Popis has been selected as the 2017 American Legion Post 920 Scholarship winner from West Scranton High School and is graduating 9th in her class. She wrote an amazing essay about the American flag. Marissa will be attending Temple University in the fall for Environmental Engineering.
