West Scranton SADD Club Participates in Lackawanna County’s Annual Festival of Trees
Once again, West Scranton High School’s SADD club has entered a Christmas tree into the annual Festival of Trees competition. The trees are currently on display at the Electric City Trolley Museum. Winners are chosen by the public.
