West Scranton High School Students Attend District Chorus Festival
Two West Scranton High School students were selected to attend the 2016-2017 PMEA District 9 Chorus Festival. Every year, this event, sponsored by the Pennsylvania Music Educators Association, features the top student singers from Lackawanna, Luzerne, Susquehanna, Wayne, and Wyoming Counties. The students selected from West Scranton to attend this year’s festival were seniors Kaile Martinelli (Soprano II) and Jasmine Mailler (Soprano II), under the direction of Mrs. Karen Lotz.
The 2017 PMEA District 9 Chorus Festival was held from January 11-13 at Marywood University.
