West Scranton Runner Qualifies for State Championship in Cross Country
Runners on the West Scranton cross country team participated in the District 2 cross country meet on Wednesday, October 22. West Scranton sophomore Colin Kelly finished in 8th place overall in the AAA category, beating out approximately 100 other runners from schools across six counties in northeast PA. His accomplishment qualifies him for the PIAA State championship, which will be held on Saturday, November 1, 2014 in Hershey, PA.
