West Scranton’s Cara Anzulewicz was awarded a $1,000 scholarship from the office of The National Spanish Exam due to outstanding performance on the exam in both 2013 and 2014. Cara earned gold medals both years and scored in the 97th and 98th percentiles nationwide during those years respectively. The application for the scholarship required a written essay and video clip, both submitted in Spanish.
