West Scranton Athletes Earn Foreign Language Poetry Awards
Two West Scranton High School student athletes recently received first place awards for the recitation of Spanish poetry in the annual contest conducted in the Spanish II classes of Mrs. Linda Cerra.
Donovan DePasquale, who plays varsity football, and Sean O’Hara, who is a member of the soccer and tennis teams, each earned silver cups for their outstanding performances.
