The Valley View National Honor Society visited the Scranton Cultural Center on November 20th to help organize and set up Thanksgiving dinner for Friends of the Poor. Friends of the Poor is a non-profit charitable organization who helps individuals in need of assistance such as providing food, clothing, emergency assistance, household items, and furniture. In addition to these essential programs, The Friends of the Poor also host holiday dinners.
