Valley View School District hosted a community substance abuse presentation on the evening of February 22, 2018. Presentations were given by Anthony Delonti from the American Lung Association and Detective John Munley from the Lackawanna District Attorney’s Office along with Deputy District Attorney, Brian Gallagher, and Detective Corey Condrad. Topics covered included the dangers of vaping and their role in gateway drug use, current trends in substance abuse, and warning signs for parents.
