Valley View High School Faculty participated in the National Suicide Awareness Day on September 10, 2015. Members of the faculty along with the students donated money to wear yellow shirts to support the cause. Valley View School District held it second annual Night of Hope that evening in the auditorium. The program was free to the community and was an interactive Suicide Prevention/Mental Health seminar by the Lou J Ruspi Jr. Suicide Prevention Foundation.
