In January, Valley View 5th grader Mary Zabielski, donated 10 inches of her hair to Pantene Beautiful Lengths Progam. Pantene uses the donations to make wigs for cancer patients. Mary was in 3rd grade when she decided to start donating her hair. At that time she donated 10 inches of her hair to Locks of Love. Mary said; ‘Donating my hair made me feel good about myself. I did it to be nice and help others who lost their hair or can’t grow hair.”
