Please meet George Novajosky… This kind man is a custodian at Kennedy elementary that is not just known for keeping our school beautiful. Our second-grade class raised baby chicks from incubation. One baby chick, in particular, didn’t look like it was going to survive, devastating some of our youngsters. Mr. Novajosky, using a dropper, cared for & hydrated that chick throughout the weekend, allowing for a full recovery & ecstatic second-grade faces upon their arrival.
Students wrote George many thank you cards & the staff dubbed him “The Chick Magnet.” He is a wonderful man!
