Pictured are the business students/FBLA members who recently participated in a D. Carl Peet Mock Interview Day sponsored by the Wayne County School-to-Work Committee.  Approximately twenty local businesspersons/educators volunteered their time to interview high school students from Forest City, Wallenpaupack Area, Honesdale, and Western Wayne school districts.

Each student brought a resume detailing his/her skills and qualifications.  Then, each student engaged in three different interviews.  Following the interview, the interviewers provided valuable feedback to the students.  This feedback may have been about their resume, their dress, or the interview itself.

Participating in this day provided the students with valuable skills to prepare for entry into the work world.  Mock interviews help reduce stress and anxiety while increase self-confidence related to interviewing.

Accompanying the students was Ms. Theresa Lubash, business teacher and FBLA adviser. The students included:
