Tee Time For Kiel Golf Tournament
Friends of Kiel Eigen will sponsor its 8th annual Tee Time for Kiel Golf Tournament, on Sunday, June 12th 2016 at Sand Springs Golf Club. As you may know, in 2006, Kiel, then 14 years old, was injured during a freshman football game and suffered a spinal cord injury. This life-altering event has changed the lives of Kiel and his family tremendously. The perseverance of this young man is astounding and an inspiration to all to be the best you can be regardless of the obstacle before you. Kiel continues to progress, but with the progression comes expenses and the community of Old Forge and surrounding towns continue to offer unwavering support and our committee is asking for yours.
The format for this tournament will be captain and crew with a shotgun start scheduled at 1:00 pm. The cost is $100/player which includes lunch, golf fees, dinner, a free beverage on course, a hot dog at the turn and complimentary driving range. Registration and lunch will begin at 11:30 am.
