State Police trooper Cpl. Ronald Kazakavage of Troop N of the Pennsylvania State Police located in Hazleton paid a visit to the Shenandoah Valley Elementary School third grade class where he introduced the students to his partner, a black German shepherd named “Kino.” Cpl Kazakavage informed the students about Kino’s role as a K-9 state police dog in law enforcement and then answered the questions posed by the students. The event was coordinated by SV teacher Teressa Zendrosky
