Six students from Western Wayne High School recently participated In Manners Matter, an event sponsored by the Wayne County School-to-Work Committee.  The event was held at Lackawanna College Lake Region and featured a gourmet luncheon catered and donated by the Lords Valley Country Club.

Students from Forest City, Honesdale, Wallenpaupack, and Western Wayne participated.  Prior to the serving of the meal, a presentation on proper meal etiquette and job interview attire was given by Justin Genzlinger of Settlers Hospitality Group.

The students, Jack Tuman, Ethan Boots, James Kemmerer, John Kerr, Jacob Tinklepaugh and Luai Hassan were accompanied by Ms. Theresa Lubash, FBLA adviser and business teacher.

According to senior Jack Tuman, “I thought the information was very beneficial since I will be attending college in the fall and arranging an internship.”
