SV Sophomore is Selected for both District Band & Orchestra
Rocco Roguskie, a sophomore at Shenandoah Valley High School, was informed by SV Band Director Mr. Walter Choplick that he was the youngest student in the school to ever successfully audition for both the District Band and the District Orchestra. Rocco who plays the French horn will perform in concerts with the District Band at Exeter HS on January 9 and 10th. He will also perform with the District Orchestra at Blue Mountain HS on February 6th & 7th. Rocco is the son of Scott & Angela Roguskie from Shenandoah Heights. His future plans are to attend college and pursue a career in forensic science and biochemistry.
