SVHS Halloween Window Painting
The Shenandoah Valley High School Art Department continued its long standing tradition that began in the mid 1950’s of painting Halloween scenes on store windows in Shenandoah’s business district. The project was coordinated by SV Art Teacher Bill Kreiger.
