Shenandoah Valley’s St. Patrick’s Day Float
Selected as the Grand Marshalls of this year’s Girardville St. Patrick’s Day Parade were the superintendents from the three school districts located in northern Schuylkill County; Dr. Joie Green from Mahanoy Area, Dr. Andrew Smarkanic from North Schuylkill, & Dr. Stanley Rakowsky from Shenandoah Valley. Students from each school constructed a float depicting a St. Patrick’s Day theme.
