Jump Rope for Heart

For the second year in a row the students and faculty of the Shenandoah Valley Elementary School have conducted a “Jump Rope for Heart” promotion to raise money for the American Heart Association. Last year the school raised $3900 and the goal for this year was to reach $4500. Through various fundraisers and outright donations the students surpassed their goal by raising an astonishing $6665.
