They have done it again. Ms. Marsico’s 8th grade homeroom has proven that, no matter what the challenge may be, they will far exceed the target presented to them. Old Forge’s Leo Club asked all homerooms to collect as many tubs of toothpaste as possible, and the winner would receive a pizza party. Homeroom 314 won by a land-slide. Recently, they were put to another challenge, again competing against the entire school. This time there was no prize. Ms. Marsico reiterated, “It isn’t about the prize; it is about always doing your best.” With the help of the other 8th grade homerooms, they again rose to the occasion and won a positive behavior challenge.
