MMI seniors recognized as outstanding scholar-athletes in Wendy’s High School Heisman Awards
(Freeland, PA – November 9, 2015) – MMI student-athletes Sarah Moyer and Brendan Drusda were recently named the school’s winners for the prestigious Wendy’s High School Heisman Award which highlights exceptional high school seniors and their achievements in the classroom, on the field and in the community.
Moyer is the daughter of Robert and Susan Moyer, Bowmanstown, and Drusda is the son of Jeffrey and Linda Drusda, Drums.
“We are honored to have two of our students recognized as some of the country’s top student-athletes with the Wendy’s High School Heisman name,” said MMI Head of School Thomas G. Hood.
