MMI Preparatory School inducted 17 eighth-grade students into the National Junior Honor Society and 13 students into the National Latin Honor Society during a ceremony at the school.
MMI Acting Head of School Dr. William Shergalis ’58 welcomed those in attendance and led the Pledge of Allegiance. The Very Reverend Lawrence Barriger, faculty advisor of the honor societies, read the Criteria of Members and presided over the induction of new members. Barriger also introduced the guest speaker, Attorney Stephen Palubinsky ’07, and provided closing remarks.
