Marywood University’s College of Professional Studies announces the dissertation defense of Kenny Luck, Ph.D. candidate in Administration and Leadership. Mr. Luck’s dissertation defense will take place on Friday, March 1, 2019, from 10 a.m. – Noon, in the Liberal Arts Center, Room 111. This event is free and open to the public.
Mr. Luck’s dissertation, titled “Emergence of Conspiratorial Ideas and Big Data: A Google N-gram Viewer Quantitative Analysis of Historical Trends from 1900 to 2008,” will be orally defended to the dissertation committee, which is chaired by Dr. Debra Hokien. Members of the committee include: Drs. Patrick Seffrin and Laurie Ann Houser. The dissertation readers are: Drs. Alexandru Vari and Jeffrey Clutter.
