Marywood University to Present Diversity Workshop


SCRANTON, PA (October 12, 2016)-Marywood University’s Center for Social Justice and the School of Social Work will present a collaborative diversity workshop, “The Other Experience,” on Wednesday, October 19, 2016, from 5:30-7 p.m., in the Upper Main Dining Room at the Nazareth Student Center on the University’s campus. The workshop is free and open to the public.


The collaborative workshop will be an interactive experience that explores diversity. Kimberly Witt, a graduate social work student from the Class of 2016, created the workshop with the intention of exploring and learning about diversity as well as the different experiences and challenges that each person has.
