Marywood University to Host a Craft and Antique Fair to Benefit Alternative Service Break Trip Program

 

SCRANTON, PA (February 26, 2018)—Marywood University will host a Craft and Antique Fair on Saturday, March 24, 2018, from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m., at the Nazareth Student Center, in the Latour Room. This event is free and open to the public.

 

The Craft and Antique Fair at Marywood will feature collectables, homemade items, bath and body essentials, pottery, antiques, artwork, and more. Proceeds from the event will benefit Marywood University’s Alternative Break Service Trip Program.

 

This year, Marywood students will travel to various locations in service to others including: Philadelphia; Montego Bay, Jamaica: San Lucas Toliman, Guatemala; Houston, Texas; San Lucas and Chichicastenango, Guatemala; and Miami, Fl. The services offered will include: hurricane relief, working to build infrastructure, conducting medical missions, serving those who are experiencing poverty and homelessness, and assisting young adults with physical and developmental disabilities.
