Marywood University will hold its fall book swap and sale from Monday, November 18, at noon, through Friday, November 22, 2019, at 1 p.m., in the Learning Commons Lobby on the University’s campus. Proceeds from Tuesday’s sale will benefit the English Department Club. This event is free and open to the public.

 

Marywood University’s English Club is a community of students interested in the recreational advantages of literature and writing. The club provides an outlet for creative writing, book discussions, and opportunities to promote the art of language in the community. Founded with the intention to expand cultural understanding of literature, the club strides to make English accessible to every and all majors.

 

A wide selection of titles and genres will be available. The book swap and sale is sponsored by the English Club and Library Services. Book donations are being received on the first floor of the Learning Commons.
