Marywood University Launches Tutoring Program

SCRANTON, PA (February 8, 2017)— Students from Marywood University’s Education department are offering their tutoring services, free of charge, to students who are in pre-kindergarten through fifth grades. The tutoring program is a drop-in service (no appointments are necessary) in the McGowan Center for Graduate and Professional Studies, Room 2002, and is available on Tuesdays and Thursdays, between 3-5 p.m. on the days that Marywood classes are in session (this will exclude days off, such as breaks and snow days).

Parents or guardians will need to complete a contract form and sign a waiver on the first day that their children begin tutoring sessions.
