Marywood University Announces Calendar of Events for Its Music, Theatre, and Dance Department

SCRANTON, PA (November 15, 2016)-Marywood University’s music, theatre, and dance department will present its annual fall dance showcase on Saturday, November 19, 2016, at 7:30 p.m., and Sunday, November 20, 2016, at 1 p.m. The performances will take place in the Black Box Theatre of the Sette LaVerghetta Center for Performing Arts. Admission is free and reservations are suggested.

Marywood University’s music, theatre, and dance department will present the percussion ensemble. The ensemble, directed by Steven Mathiesen, will perform a program of chamber music for percussion instruments on Sunday, November 20, 2016, at 4 p.m., in Room 104 in the Sette LaVerghetta Center for Performing Arts. Admission is free and open to the public.

Marywood University’s music, theatre, and dance department will present a Jazz Band Concert on Monday, November 28, 2016, at 8 p.m., in the Sette LaVerghetta Center for Performing Arts. Admission is free and open to the public.
