Marywood University and Sussex County Community College Announce an Articulation Agreement

SCRANTON, PA (July 1, 2016)-Marywood University and Sussex County Community College (SCCC), Newton, N.J., have signed an articulation agreement in Graphic Design. With this agreement, SCCC students who have successfully completed an Associate of Applied Science in Graphic Design can expect to attend Marywood University and earn their Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design.

This agreement will help facilitate an easy transfer for Sussex County Community College students, and it is predicted that students can earn their bachelor’s degree in two and a half years at Marywood by following the agreement.

Development of articulation agreements with two-year community colleges continues to be a priority of Marywood University, as it eases the transfer process for students in pursuit of a bachelor’s degree. Marywood University partners with local colleges, such as Lackawanna College and Luzerne County Community College, as well as community colleges in New York and New Jersey.
