Marywood University Appoints Assistant Vice President for Student Success Marywood University President, Sister Anne Munley, IHM, Ph.D., has announced the appointment of Meghan C. Cruciani, LPC, NCC, MS, to the newly formed position of Assistant Vice President for Student Success. The Assistant Vice President for Student Success supervises a comprehensive unit of offices that support student academic success. The Office for Student Success provides resources to enable students to achieve their academic goals, and to empower them to make a successful transition after graduation. Ms. Cruciani will provide oversight to the departments of Retention and Advisement, Career Services, Student Support Services/Tutoring, the Writing Center, Military and Veterans Services, and Disability Services. 
Prior to her new appointment, Ms. Cruciani served as the Director of Academic Success since 2011. She has served Marywood in various capacities for 18 years. Meghan, her husband, Gary, and their two children reside in Roaring Brook Township, Pa.
