Marywood University Student Wins National
Speech-Language-Hearing Association Award
SCRANTON, PA—Marywood University undergraduate student, Laura Drake, Tafton, Pa., was recently informed that she is a 2014 recipient of the Member Honors Award from the National Student Speech-Language-Hearing Association (NSSLHA).
The Member Honors Award is given in recognition of Ms. Drake’s outstanding service to students involved in NSSLHA and her role as a future leader in the profession of Speech-Language Pathology. Laura was presented with a certificate, an honor cord to wear at graduation, and a complimentary registration to attend the 2014 American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) convention, which will be held in Orlando, FL
