Matthew Carty, son of Kevin and Julie Carty of Harveys Lake and a member of the Good Shepherd Academy basketball team in Kingston, scored his 500th career point in a winning effort versus St. Clare/ St. Paul on January 22, 2017.
Matthew, pictured, received his 500 point ball at GSA Senior Night ceremonies. Matthew is coached by Tom Stambaugh, and the principal of Good Shepherd Academy is James A. Jones.
