Good Shepherd Academy was pleased to present check to St. Joseph’s Center in Scranton

Good Shepherd Academy in Kingston during a recent school liturgy celebration was pleased to present to Sister Maryalice Jacquiont, IHM. a check to St. Joseph’s Center in Scranton to support their service to children and families in the Dioceses of Scranton.  During Catholic Schools’ Week the student council of GSA chose to fulfill the motto of Faith, Knowledge, and Service by collecting change each day during the week as service to the community. $1,100 was collected and presented to Sister Maryalice Jacquinot,IHM as GSA celebrated Autism Awareness. The Principal at GSA is Mr. James A. Jones, and the  Vice Principal is Mr. Stan Pavlick.
