Lackawanna Trail Friends of Rachel held a lantern release after the annual band concert on Monday night December 16. You could buy a lantern and attach your wish, hope, or dreams for 2014 the release them into the cool night.
Alyssa Walker releases her lantern at Friends of Rachel “Be the Light Night” held at the high school after the band concert. For $2 the participants would attach their wishes, hope or dreams to the lantern and watch as their dreams float lazily up into the crisp night.
