Halloween at The View: Mountain View Celebrates Halloween
Mountain View Jr/Sr High School, Kingsley, PA, hosted their annual Halloween costume competition on Tuesday, October 31, 2017. Students, staff and faculty members participated in the festivities, and this year’s event did not disappoint. From a T-Rex, to Christmas Presents, the halls and classrooms were littered with creative and unusual costumes along with several time tested favorites as students and faculty vied for the title of best costume. This year, the winners for most original costume were Juniors Madison Williams and Sydney Newhart as an artist and his painting. Seniors Ryan Martin and Delaney Heller earned the Funniest awards as a “chick magnet” and Old Woman respectively. The Scariest costume and Best of Show was awarded for the second year in a row to Jamie Barhite. Physical Education teacher Dan Frost’s retro 80’s costume took the faculty prize.
