Vinny Betti, Grade 10, was selected to represent Valley View High School in the Hugh O’Brien Youth Leadership Conference.  He was selected to represent Valley View along with approximately 200 other high school students across Pennsylvania.  The conference will be held at Shippensburg University in May.
